Save the three spins you get per day and any more you get from skilling. Also might wana consider doing any easy quests you have for extra spins to use them on the weekend.

Eh. Unless they keep doing weekends like this, those horns are pretty rare and probably add aesthetic and value to your account

 

You cannot save daily spins, there is a max of 10 spins you can save for tickets you get for training skills, if you do quests those have no limit AFAIK.

 

So how is it that no one is raging about jagex being money hungry getting people to buy spins on the weekend?

 

This actually occurred to me as I was reading the update. I suppose everyone has gotten used to the whole idea of the Squeal of Fortune now that we've realised that:
- The chances of getting a lucky item are infinitely slim.
- Tattoos and Horns and the Yelps Hat are purely aesthetic items.
- The small XP lamps give the same amount as a random event genie lamp.
- Spending your $20 on Sythe account training services is more efficient than buying SOF spins for experience points.

 

Small xp lamps actually give me 2000+ xp I believe for a skill 50+. I personally get 3000 xp at 66 summoning, on my summoning tank.

 

I didnt know you can save spins? im doing alot of quests today so I can save all the spins I get and use them tomorrow?

 

Are you able to save the daily spins? I've not really bothered even spinning since it came out tbh.

Chances aren't slim, they are going to add them to the common slots which should almost guarantee them. Small lamps are not the same as genie lamps, why would you spew misinformation like that? Spending $20 may be more efficient, but buying spins is much faster xp. That last point it moot anyway since we are just discussing this update, not the squeal of fortune itself

 

Idk about you, but I get 9000 xp for a single small lamp. That's more than 9 random events.

 

Didn't know you can save your spins, hope everyone gets what they want from the wheel.

 

If they make it common to get, and say 2 out of 5 people get them - then they aren't going to be that special anymore.
