I cant access Sythe

I cant access sythe for some reason. It says connection has timed out. I tried pinging it, it says request has timed out. I added it as an exception on my internet browser, ive tried it on internet explorer, firefox, and chrome. I am accessing it now through a proxy, but its such an inconvenience. Did u guyz block my ip? I recently joined. I also chcked the settings for malwarebytes, and i added sythe as an exception. I also checked my internet settings... I cant access it period

 

Have you tried:

Accessing Sythe on a different computer on the same connection?
Reset your wireless router (if you have one).
Start > search: cmd > ipconfig /flushdns

Ok I entered my ip onto that site, hopefully it will work,
