I think it's normal.. I would reload runescape if I was you, just to be sure.

 

I noticed it at the start of 2012, thinking they'd simply missed it, but it's been the same ever since. Check for yourself, on the game page it has that, and on the main page it has 1999 - 2012

 

It took them a few weeks to fix "1999-2010" to "2011" last year, I would imagine they have it updated everywhere eventually. You can submit a bug report about it if you wish,

 

I'll report it after this Slayer task, I couldn't imagine it taking 5 months though that's just bad.

 

They could of just over looked it maybe?
