Slapinator Scammed me

Hey yesterday I bought an account off slapinator everything went smoothly then he also wanted to purchase a white phat from me which I agreed to sell to him and I would be willing to go first, he told me to sell the phat for rsgp which I did and I got 1.7B. The trade was for my 1.7B vs his $880 usd via WU which he said he would do instantly so I agreed to all the trade conditions, after I gave him the money he mentions to me that he works for Chinese company and I would have to wait 12-13 hours for my money I insisted on him giving me my 1.7B back and he said he had already gave it to them :/ about a minute after the trade. Knowing I had no chance of getting my rsgp back I agreed to wait the 12-13 hours and it has now been around 20 hours and yet no sign of payment or even a pm off him.

Could someone please help me resolve this issue, it would be very grateful Thank you.

 

From the MSN chat it is obvious slap has received the money, I've banned him until he can post proof he has paid you. Or until you post here saying you have your refund.

I'd appreciate it if you could PM me the youtube link (for reference).
