Why you think they are ban evading: He told me on MSN, Please just run a ip check with his old account to see if any recent accounts show a match? not sure if you can do this?

if you check the link i put for his old accounts you will see a ban evading report which shows his msn admitting he is a ban evader. I keep tabs on him on msn he is very strange and is definatly capable of scamming has he has done in the past
