High End Merching

I'm interested in high end merching.. What I mean is merching things like divines, elysians, torva, lower hats, etc..

I'm mainly looking to merch through the GE only.

If anybody can give me some rough estimates on profit and such, it'd be greatly appreciated.. I'm looking to work out if it'd be worth doing or not..

I'd buy the items like you say for mid.. If they buy for Mid, then sell for a small loss, Things that don't buy for mid are most likely the best items to use.

But from my experience of flipping around 2b it's around 5-10M profit an hour.

It really depends on if the item you want buys or not.

But the problem you'll hit is say a bcp sells/buys 5-10 times a minute, then a divine is going to be around 5-10 an hour. If you're making 2m per flip of divine but 100k per bcp, it may be better to spend most your cash on items that actually buy/sell.

 

The item isn't too much of a concern to me, it's just the amount put in. I appreciate your response.

 

All the rares seem to be dropping at the moment so I guess it would be a good time to start merching them, but since you are starting with top end 5bill that should make you a good 15mil a hour profit.

 

tbh if you had invested 5bil on blue hweens yesterday, you woulda have made 250M profit in 1 day and youd keep on making profit, most wearable rares are a good investment atm as they are super cheap but it is a longer investment if you want to maximize profit, i bought 3 bweens yesterday and im already up like 20 mil on them which is rather nice since they cost me 267mil

 

rares arent necessarily always a good investment, remember when the bot nuke happened? all rares crashed

 

Yeah high end armors and weapons I find are typically better.

OT: Im going to have to disagree with you here. High end armors such as Torva will always be unstable. It is unpredictable when Jagex will add something new to the game that screws everything up. Take Ganodermic for example...relatively cheap and almost comparable to Nex armor. Same goes with weapons...Korasi has replaced claws and ags pretty much in terms of special attack. Polypore Staff has pretty much replaced chaotic and Armadyl Staff. Whats next??

 

I'm not really interested in long term investments, but more about quick flipping.

 

I merched with 1b for awhile before getting hacked and I tended to profit 5m on average sometimes 10m if I got some good flips.

 

rares always seem to unpredictable to me, one mistake and you've lost a fortune.

 

Using jagex updates and bts is perfect in terms of merching.

Phats are good if u have the time to constantly visit w2 and deal with the "teams".
