zerkerfirst - same as above as well as seeing you actively in the report a scammer section handling reports.

 

FireZ - Where can i start, Everyday i see you dealing with scam reports, Banning members and answering peoples questions, Some people say you are harsh for Denying Pardons instantly but i have no doubt in my mind you know the character of the person pardoning and you will always make the right decision, Good job and by far the best Admin on this site.

Djweasel - Not much people give you credit as you aren't that active in the RS Market, But i took a look at the Xbox market and you pretty much have the place in order, Good job and you deserve abit more recognition

n4n0 - Great job as always, You've been very active lately and have helped the site ALOT over the past few weeks with these hacking situations, Great job over the past few weeks.

Superman123321 - Pretty much the best Sectional Moderator on my list, Everyday you help me with many things and apart from that i see you answering disputes and sorting problems out every single day, Good job Mate and i hope to see you promoted to global soon

 

Govind is invisible a lot as well

FireZ - Been doing excellent work, which can't be said of all the admins at this point in time (yeah yeah, behind-the-scenes work, I've heard that story before...).

Thanks KenPen. I've been actually sick for the past week or so with bronchitis, fevers and all that. Not to mention I do all my modding from my iPhone.

 

Compliments to Punjabi for taking action and banning what was an obvious paypal-chargebacker in the making, probably saved several thousands of dollars in scams with that ban, great job! Further compliments for being very helpful on msn with countless other random annoyances I come up with

Tbh, all of you need improvement, 'behind the scenes' is great work, but until other members see you do something, it means nothing tbh.
And there also needs to me more mods/admins to take care of site, and someone needs to fix this server crashing, its getting anoying lol.

And to CamsTrade - Sincere & legitimate feedback is appreciated as it's something we can read, take to heart, and learn & grow from (especially for me, being new to the staff).

But for a guy who just joined last month, I don't think it's entirely fair to march in here and accuse half the staff of being lazy, or to tell Matthew that the donation system "is a wreck" and "blowsx3" etc. There is a difference between giving constructive feedback, whether positive or negative, and just spewing out comments that are both ignorant and rude. Just remember - we cannot take feedback and learn from it if you don't respectfully detail what you think we are doing wrong, and what areas we could improve. Simply telling us that we are lazy doesn't really help at all.

Honestly I advise everyone to just ignore your feedback, it is completely clueless and baseless and you are doing nothing but taking cheap shots when you have no clue what is going on. We as mods need real feedback to help improve, not just random out of the blue statements that are obviously not true.

Just give feedback when you actually can give constructive feedback, or don't post here again. Thanks

 

Just thought I would say that Malak is an awesome mod. He takes care of the SFA like a champ, but judging by your tactful use of the English language you probably don't venture there too oft.

Sythe keeps the site running, and it seems obvious at this point you have no clue what you are talking about. If you go into the feedback section and check where he has been working with everyone on trying to get more stable servers. Though I didn't know Pk Frenzy she is doing awesome work taking care of scam reports and locking useless threads in her section. Karl as well as FireZ take care of tons of work.

You seem kind of oblivious and like you are just here to spam the mods because they won't jump at your beck and call.

 

RSProd took care of all my reports, great mod thanks man.

A big effort has been put in by the entire staff team lately, and we're slowly catching up with the backlog as a few of you have noticed over the last few days.

 

Thanks to all for the positive, and CONSTRUCTIVE negative feedback. As I'm sure you're aware, we all have lives, just as much as you. There's times when reports and disputes get backed up, but we do our best to keep things tidied up when we can. Seems we've gotten a pretty good handle on things right now, so from here we just need to strive to stay on top of things and hope we're not sidetracked by IRL matters.
