Agitate ban evading and selling the same account 3 times!

So i had already made a report thread on this guy, Zerkerfist said he had been banned, however he only got a temporary ban... My other report thread can be found here: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1389094

This guy sold me the account for 120m, recovered it an hour later and then went back on his other sythe account, and tried selling it again... then that secondary sythe account was banned, and now he is trying to sell it AGAIN on Agitate... look here:

This guy should really get an IP ban or something, does not deserve to be on these forums...

 

I temporarily banned Agitate a few days ago and requested his permanent ban. The request must have been overlooked or something because it appears that his temporary ban simply expired before a permanent ban was put into effect.

I am resubmitting the request for a permanent ban now. Sorry for the confusion.
