Staking progress.

Congratulations! You've made a huge return, and with a little luck, you will not be one of those to get cleaned immediately after.

If I were you, I'd do 3 things:
1. Put aside 50m or so for continued staking
2. Keep ALL of your other money away from staking - you have it now, and with cash like that, you can easily increase your cashpile through investments
3. Stay away from bringing in that money you said you wouldn't stake

Oh yea I know a 3 loss streak is normal, but my chances are definitely higher after losing a couple. Plus I don't ever think I'd have the balls to do a 100m stake.

 

Lol. I always thought that as well. Untill you get on a 7 losing streak, do a 50m bet, lose that, and do a 100m. I won it though.

If you keep staking by thinking like this you are going to lose huge. Your statistical chances do not increase because you lose. The trials are independent of each other and have no statistical bearing on each other.

 

Its the same with dicing. Although many people believe that "Hey, I've lost 7 in a row, my chances are so much better at winning the next one" but unfortunately that is not reality. You have the same chance as you did when you started out.

But like everyone else has said, don't get greedy. Just do what someone above mentioned and take 12m a week out to stake, that way you can only lose 12m overall

Shouldn't this be in the Progress Log section or the RuneScape 2 Pictures and videos? Anyway, staking can be a VERY profitable method, but sometimes not. Good luck on your venture Are you sticking to normal boxing or are you doing magic boxing too?

 

Ok guys, I know I was told not to get greedy, but I decided to do a big stake for my video finale and well, things didn't go like I thought they would have.

I lagged and lost 150m so then I said fuck it and threw the rest away. Do not go to the duel arena. Ever. I feel so fucking bad right now and I'm pissed as balls. I know you guys told me so, but it's hard not to go for it. I regret it completely. I guess I'm just going to try selling my account now.

That is a truly impressive gain from what you started with. Like some of the advice mentioned above though, don't get cocky. You could end up losing that so fast and getting cleaned if you develop an attitude. Stay smart with your stakes and you can continue to gain money!

What type of staking do you do then? And lol. Most of the people have warned you that you would get cleaned. Greed > emotions once again.

It would be a more interesting read if you thread the whole thread, he got cleaned.

Sucks to get cleaned, but you'll learn from your mistakes if you ever get back up or decide to stake.

Greed and/or anger is usually what makes people stake big, you need to control that. I cannot say I have, as I still ragestake from time to time, but I'm actually ready to lose a certain amount. If I do lose the certain amount, I'd have enough for decent gear, and I'd stay away from the DA indefinitely.

Don't stop staking lol, if you do it smart, you won't get cleaned, just don't get cocky and never start staking with more than 5% of your wealth.
