Surely not 50/50? I know how well you hit, etc, does come down to luck, but skill and experience can easily give you an edge in staking. Some players have staked for years, before and after the RWT updates and they've made much more than they've lost, because they're good at it.

It happens, but when I dice, I start low, around 10M, I only bet say 200M if I've earned that much from dicing in that day if you know what I mean. I do this because this way you don't feel as bad because you still have the cash you started with.

 

Don't gamble.
Think of it as gambling real life money. Would you be inclined to gamble all that money in real life?
If yes then go for it, if not then don't.
Also if you don't and still do it, you probably have a gambling addiction and should seek help.

On top of this, with staking, you never know when you are about to get glitched on. All of a sudden your "50%" chance of winning is down to 0.

Dragon dyce gives you a 50% chance of winning on duels, not 40% as someone said. After the duel they take the 10% cut.

 

Which it makes it 45% total over all.

 

if you bet 100m and win the whole pot, u make 80m profit. that is bullshit to me.

 

Keep the RSGP that you have and start rebuilding your bank mate. It's always that last few bets that could bring your entire wealth back that will end up cleaning you for good.

At the very most, take a small chunk of that 100M (15-20%), and use that, and that ONLY, for dicing a few small bets. Maybe you can grow your pile up and continue dicing with that on the side while you work on rebuilding back the majority of your bank.

Where do you get 45% from? I'm talking about the better's chance of winning. Its 50% unless playing a game like hot/cold or over/under. The commission the host takes in the end is irrelevant to the player's chance at winning.

 

Only ever bet money you're willing to lose.

 

Never dice... I always believe that gambling just leads to loss in the end.

 

The chances with staking are just as bad if not worse. You need to either be an expert staker to make good money and have a fantastic internet connection and computer so you don't get any lag and/or D/C. Look at the two quotes below;

 

Say I do 100M bet against somebody else with 100M. 200M pot or w/e. I win the pot, but the host takes 10%. That's 180M. I only profited 80M from 100M. Which isn't what you're suggesting. The odds aren't even. Even for playing, sure, but not even for betting in total. You're profiting 80% when you win. Cut that in half because of the chances of winning are 50%.

I was wrong on 45%, it's 40%. Who ever said that originally was correct. You have a 50% chance of winning, but not profiting. With 50% chance of winning, you expect a 100% profit, but you're not getting it back because of the 10% fee. Understand?
