Epicbot is a virus?

I have heard from many places that Epicbot is a virus. Is this true? It is on the list of "Working bots" in the sticky up to, so I'd assume not, but I have heard quite a few times that it is a virus.

 

I doubt it's true. The amount of complaints i've seen add up to "natural hacking". What I mean by this is there accounts were comprised normally, friends who knows there passwords, keyloggers, drive by, ect. But at the same time they just happen to be using Epicbot and guess where the blame goes. I think if epicbot was a virus you would see 10-100x more complaints.

 

Its not a virus but it does keylog ur account and eventually it will get cleaned.

 

Its not, an Connor its not a keylogger either, as epicbot makes more being legit then hacking a few crappy accounts.

 

I've yet to see proof of this, admitted it's not normal for one botting program to receive so much negative feedback but I haven't as of yet seen any actual proof they do keylog you/steal your accounts.

 

No, i run epicbot on all my accounts and they are safe. Just don't give the bot your real login details.

 

Nope, but chances are, they'll hack you & clean you.
