WTF! i DO have membership?!

Hey everyone, I went to log on this morning and it says Subscription Active, but when I try to log into a members world it says I need a members account.. I went to "upgrade your account" and get membership, but it says you already have an active subscription and won't let me upgrade it..

Help please? :S

 

Have you tried posting in technical/billing* support on the RSOF? Im sure they can fix it for you

 

I've had that issue before. Asked for help in the RuneScape forums with Billing Support, but the issue had already solved itself before anyone replied. I just tried again something like 1-2 hours after and it was fine.

 

Also check to see if you have any messages in your Rs inbox.

 

Is your membership exp close?

 

I suggest contacting jagex at [email protected] thats the ONLY way i have gotten in contact with them at all. My account was recently frozen because some prick charged back an upgrade.. since when the upgrade happened i had gotten a subscription so i now have an active subscription on a frozen account, needless to say im pissed.. canceled my subscription and had a really shitty back and forth between mods on there. I havent played real rs for a week im considering quitting altogether not because of the update but because of the shitty customer service, lack of communication and overall being extremely dissatisfied with them as a whole . They are holding my account ransom for 180 "jcoins" 19.99 ..... hope you have a better experience than i did, they are real money grubbing cocksuckers there so i doubt you will. If not you should join zarpor its a pretty shweeet private server that doesnt REVOLVE around pking like a shitty spawn server. GL
