    When i open up my list of internet connections this "Joe" thing pops up,
    what i circled in red what does that mean? does it mean he's connected to my computer or what?

    I just need to know what it is for sure.

    so what do i do? how do i remove it before he gets my stuff or something!

    Should i disconnect my internet, and my router, and put in the setup disk for my router and set a new pass word to it or something????

    You're probably looking at the list of available networks, that picture means that it's peer-to-peer (I think). Just don't connect to it

    The best thing to do is to, set up a new password... That will kick him off, and he won't be able to get on.

    ^^^I did just that and its still showing up, and i set 2 different passwords.....so idk im just not going to connect to it...
