Anyone know how to get a limitation removed on paypal

so pretty much i got scammed by this guy named squealer who is now banned but yeah he bought 115m gp from me then charged it back, i sent the money to my other account, and now that other account with the 80$ balance is locked. i called paypal and they said i had to wait 45 days for something or other but how can i make sure i get my money back?

does anyone have any actual advice? of course i am never going to accept payment through paypal again unless they have like over 200 vouches or something, but i want to know if theres any way i can convince paypal to unlock my account, or unlimit it or whatever. honestly if someone can give me advice that leads to me getting it unlocked i will pay them when i get the money.

After 180 days you can withdraw your money.

 

Was your account unverified? I used to have an unverified PayPal and one dispute got it limited. The only way you can get it unlimited us by following the instructions that should be on your PayPal My Account homepage.

Regarding getting your money back, PayPal hold onto it for 6 months, then you're permitted to withdraw it to your bank account. Be warned though, you're unable to remove your bank account from a limited PayPal.
