vanilla visa problem

If anyone knows a method to add multiple vanilla visa gift cards to my paypal.. do tell..

It's currently not letting me.. I get this: We were unable to verify this credit card. Please check if the information you entered is correct. If the problem persists, please try to enter a different credit card.

Well that's not all..vanilla visa changed so I can only register my zipcode so now only my zipcode matches :X.. halp wat do?
