Buying Account Creator

Hello Everyone,

I am looking for an Account Creator for Runescape.

This program would need to:

1. Create an email address (this will act as the login for the account)
2. Register that email address to an account for Runescape
3. Click on the registration link or copy/paste in the confirmation code
4. Once inside the game of Runescape on the name select screen it will grab info from a list of names I want and plug in one of those values.
5. Unregister the email address associated with the account.

** Because Runescape has updated and you actually need to verify the email addresses now this is much more difficult to do. **

If you are able to create a program like this let me know and how much it would cost for your time.
