I understand the rules, and i know i must pay whoever was scammed back in order to be considered to be unbanned. However, i did not scam the mentioned user, nor was i in possession of the account, not since a long time.

I will try and contact the user, if anyone can provide me with his contact details, and i shall reimburse him.

I hope people that knew me back then realise I'm not in any form or shape malicious, nor have any malicious intentions.
