Request a Pardon?

I got banned for posting on: http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1384225

To be honest, i had a few more posts to go till i reached 200. so i posted on a few random things. First of all, i don't think i should be banned because i didn't trade with him, or even contact him. Second it was my first offense i have recieved and i am auto banned for something dumb like that? The guy who posted add his "messenger" didn't even get banned and i think that's unfair.
A guy scammed me earlier and he only got a temp ban...which is literally screwed up that i got a perm.

My question, am i perm banned and never allowed to use sythe again?
I feel i should be unbanned.

I am new to sythe, and have put alot of hard work into my account (thus far) and am trying to get trusted. i had no intent to harm anyone and i'm truly sorry ):
