Well they are relatively easy to bot so they haven't got a that big value Selling accounts for over 100M RSGP is pretty rare aswell.

Like RuneScapeJJ said, it is quite rare to get more than 100 bucks for accounts like these as people can easily have 20 of them being leveled and created at once via botting.
