"Mc chisle" Chargeback/scam report

Explanation of trade: I sold user Mc chisle a total of 103m gold in increments, for .75 cents/mill. The following morning, I discovered that this user had charged back his payments on PayPal. ($39.75, $18.75, $18.75).
