    I know its not technically "maxed" but once you hit 113 cb everyone knows you are maxed and this way you can wear untrimmed cape and have 138's 1.5x you in stakes when really they have no advantage. Whats 1 att str and def lvl? :p

    Account has 20m hp xp and can use dds or sol for staking aswell.
