    Information about MoneyBookers.

I'm in need of information to do with MoneyBookers.

First thing is first, if I get sent $95 to my moneybookers, can I then send it out without any hassle? It does not yet have a card or bank set up, but I'm guessing the money just goes into my balance and then can be re-sent.

Also can money be disputed or recovered via Credit Card with moneybookers?

Any other information people can give to me about Black Market Trading with MoneyBookers would be brilliant, thanks in advance.

    :)

    Hey Noel :)

Yes, if you have money send to your Moneybookers account, it goes to your balance which you can use at any time. Just like PayPal.

Yes it can. The person you're trading with is able to call their bank and insist it wasn't them paying for something, and the bank takes the cash back, leaving you with money gone.

While you can be chargedback, their is no dispute system on Moneybookers so it is a bit safer than PayPal. However most people believe MoneyPak or Western Union are much safer methods.
