They don't call you if you've purchased before, and they need ID for $100+ or $150+ I can't remember

 

Do you guys know what the Max i can purchase without verification on PA?

I purchased 100M from kmjt and didnt have to verify. I tried purchasing 310M and they want all this information like ID, bill statements, bank verification and told me it can take a few days or something.

 

We can do 3 increments of 100m, add my msn if interested.
