he was helping me xfer 400k from my mule to my pure, i gave him 413k and told him to keep 13k for a fee cause only need the 400k, the only communication was a pm i sent him which he didnt reply to and cant really think of that much else

 

Well, from what's provided here it's not enough to ban a user for it. There a noticeable agreement etc. Not enough proof ingame / enough of the convo for me personally.
