TJFX Request for High Pardon

Alright, So I was not aware that my signature was in violation of the signature size limit (which I am very sorry about) and the person who gave me the offense warning/infraction was: Zerkerfist

so..... The rules state:
"Oversized Signature*: Maximum of 350 pixels in height including all quotes/text/pictures in it and a maximum of 650 pixels in width with all text/quotes/pictures. If this offense is repeatedly broken, you will simply be banned from having a signature."

HE INFRACTED ME whilst breaking the rules himself...May I please have this pardon and infraction taken off my account? whilst the person giving the infraction was/is still breaking the rules?

My signature has been reported in the past 2-3 times, and each and every time I was told it was fine and have never recieved a warning or an infraction for it.

But I just remeasured and you were right, my signature was slightly too large and so I owe you an apology for that. It has been downsized to fit the requirements, and I think its fair if I recieve the same warning that I gave to you, which is why I have approved this thread and made it public. It is only fair that I abide by the same rules as everybody else.

However, you have ignored me over and over again in previous PM's where I explained to you that I DID NOT infract you for your signature. I merely sent you a warning, as when your signature was initially reported it was grossly oversized. I do not know why you are having such a hard time comprehending this fact, but hopefully the PM I just sent you + this message here will help clear things up for good.

In the end, your signature was grossly oversized and you were warned & asked nicely to please take it down. You have done that now, which I thank you for, and now you just need to understand that you have not been infracted for it.

EDIT: I am moving this into Disputes as it is the more appropriate section.

 

Zerk summed it up quite eloquently. He's fixed his, as have you. You were never issued an infraction as you seem to think, you were merely given a warning (Which I wouldn't have even done) so be thankful for that at least.

I'm going to close this as you've both corrected your signatures, and no infraction was even issued so there's nothing to dispute (Which by the way, infractions are NOT meant to be disputed in the dispute section in the first place)
