-99 Attack
-99 Strength
-99 Defense
-99 Magic
-99 Range
-Decent prayer level (like 60)
-At least 85 Dungeneering
-At least 55 Summoning
-A few of the main quests (if you had Korrosi I'd marry you ctfu)

I can do about 40m RSGP but I could stretch it to 45m and thats about ABSOLUTE max for me.
