The whole article doesn't have a fraction of science in it, and sources most everything except the writer's own fantasies of telepathy etc. etc. to "russian research", "russian researchers", "researchers" and "Pjotr Garjajev". The only named "researcher", not to mention the "research", also seems like it has been made up by the article writers some five years before this terrible, terrible article had been published.

I'm not too sure about the language part.
But the Junk DNA will provide useful for when we need to adapt and evolve;P

Junk DNA is most probably the shit that was left over when we evolved from our ancestors. Like how our appendix had a use once, and now it's still there but is not a functioning organ.

No credible scientific organization will only study paranormal phenomena. It is a waste of time and research money.
