    How do you get to sleep?
    I've run out of remedies. Nowadays I just stay up until the weight of sleep finally takes over... That doesn't come until about 3:50-4:30 AM-ish. Wake up the next day at 9:30 AM and do it all again. There has been some nights where sleep just isn't an option and I just lay awake all night.

    I do something similar to this. I usually just watch TV until I get really tired and just fall asleep.

    i use to smoke weed every night before bed. havent smoked in a month now though. I usually watch a show and then go to sleep

    I just go to bed when I'm tired or I fall asleep watching TV. I've never had a problem falling asleep and I'm usually passed out within 2 minutes of my head touching the pillow.

    Think about what happened on the day, sometimes watch some videos, browse sythe etc, i do these on my phone btw

    How do you get to sleep?
    A lot of people I know watch TV before bed, I just put it on and turn it down pretty quiet so that I have to sort of strain to hear it and usually the amount of focus I put on what they're saying puts me straight to sleep.

    How do you get to sleep?
    I work anything from mornings to midnights so my sleep schedule can flip sporadically, at night I basically just surf the web until I think I'm almost tired enough to sleep, then put on a boring movie or quiet music and turn off the TV (my computer is hooked up to a TV which is like 2 feet from my bed lol)
