Hey guys so I need some advice, currently taking creatine pre and post and it seems fine and I'm starting to see results! :)
Now my question is I'm taking Jack3d at the moment and it's fairly amazing stuff although I have been becoming really irritable so I started taking it one week on one week off, is this right.
Also can any recommend any better pre-workouts?
    Thanks
Also a side note, Currently 90kgs if that makes any difference and I'm mainly bulking for rugby.

Jack3d isn't supposed to make you irritable. Either you're taking too much or have a really small tolerance for stimulants. That being said though, Jack3d is the best PWO, in my opinion, I've tried pretty much everyone there is.

Definitely keep taking creatine, it's hands down the best supplement.

You say you're bulking for rugby, how much above maintenance are you eating and what do your macros look like. You can take thousands of dollars worth of supplements, but if your diet isn't spot on, then you're wasting your time and money.

Jack3d is a pre-workout to give you an energy boost. I typically have two pre-workouts which I alternate everyday (so I don't get used to one). The other pre-work I use is C4. I add concentrated creatine in my pre-workout as well to get a larger pump. I use Celltech (10g of creatine) after my workout and make sure my protein intake is at least 200g/day.

He might mean irritable as in the tingly/itchy affect you can get from the Beta Alanine in Jack3d

Make sure you drink a ton of water with whatever you take, not gatorade, water. A friend of mine was taking Jack3d and messed up his stomach pretty bad from not drinking enough water with it.

Yeah I am taking 3 scoops which is the recommended maximum and I hear 1mR (One more rep) is another great pre workout that is on the same level as Jack3d? Also My Diet is good Nuts Fruits pastas and eating about 5 meals every day. I'm trying to reach around 100Kgs in the next month. Going to be a challenge I know.
Had gym lastnight and didn't feel iratable at all so maybe it was just a one off thing?
And to Kabal I know the tingly sensation is from the Beta Alanine.

Quick question, how old are you? Creatine isn't the best thing to take all the time and i think you should mix it up from the one week on and one week off to using it once or twice a week for big workouts such as legs and chest. Could you give us a bit more information about you're body such as height and bf%.

If you're trying to bulk and play rugby focus on your diet and recovery instead of the best PWO.

Yeah I know I am focusing on my diet heaps but with all the training like actual training such as balls skills and such I'm finding that I'm becoming really sore and its hard to get motivated for the gym which is required for me to do.
Currently 90Kgs or like 205 pounds for you americans.
Hight is 178cm and no idea what that is in feet and inches.
And body fat, would have a clue but it wouldn't be the greatest as I'm a forward and as for ages I'm 16 almost 17 playing like state and representative footy.

Wtf? There's no strong argument to even ever cycle off creatine if you don't want to. But if you, for the love of god don't do it one week off one week on. That defeats the entire purpose

I don't cycle creatine I use it every workout.
Some people say to load it some just say take it when you work out...
I know there are many myths with creatine, whats true and whats false?

Nuts, fruits, pastas, and 5 meals a day? Sounds great, but that tells me absolutely nothing about your diet.

What's your BMR, and how many calories a day do you eat? How many grams of protein a day? How many carbs/fat? That's the important stuff.

You don't have to eat "5 meals a day" and "eat clean", you just have to understand the basics of nutrition.

Like I said, if you don't have your diet in check, you're wasting all that time and effort.

I don't count calories. I'm not trying to bodybuild for gods sake I'm a 16 year old kid trying to bulk up a bit for rugby.
My diet is in check though I eat chicken and fish mostly keep carbs and fruits to a minimum on days that I don't have training and protein I wouldn't quite know but it decent enough.

Well that's probably why you're feeling irritable. I would not recommend taking more then 1 1/2 scoops of jack3d; it really does dehydrate your body and it's terrible for your liver, not to mention the amount of caffeine + other stacked ingredients. I know the tub says max of 3 scoops, but that's way to much. Bring it down to 1 1/2 scoops and let us know how you feel.

The reason people recommend you cycle creatine is because your body naturally produces it's own, called creactinine. When you start regularly ingesting outside sources (from your supplements), your body slows down natural production of its own (because it's getting it from your supplements). This means you'll have to take even more to get the desired effects. Over a long period of time your body may stop producing it all together. Of course your levels will return to normal when you come off it. It's recommended to do 30 days on + 30 days off. As kabal said, don't do 1 week on + 1 week off, it's a waste of creatine.

In addition (and obviously I have to say this), drink lots of water. :)

Yeah 30 days on 30 days off sounds good, and I know to drink water I'm not 100% stupid haha.
    Thanks though!

Did you say you were taking 3 scoops of jack3d? the recommended intake is 1 and a half scoops at max, that beta-alanine must be itchy as hell.

I've taken 2 different pre-workouts 1 being no-xplode and another being jack3d, with the two jack3d is definitely the better version as the beta-alanine gives you acknowledgement you know its working, though at times no-xplode made my heart pump really fast aswell.

I would go with just taking jack3d every workout until you finish the tub, than go off for a month.

When I get back i'm going to try "craze" recommended by TMW.

just make sure you're not taking 3, that can be dangerous.

Yeah I've finished the tub and got some more as it is no longer coming into Australia anymore in its current form so I've stocked up but I will go off it for a month or so.
I purchased extend too and that seems really good.
I am seeing results and thats all I care about.

You don't need to be a bodybuilder to count calories. If you're trying to bulk up, you have to eat above your maintenance level. You won't know if you are or not unless you're counting calories.

Once again, just because you eat chicken and fish doesn't mean your diet is in check. Also, nothing wrong with carbs and fruit, especially if you're trying to bulk. Carbs are the primary source of energy for your body and fruits are loaded with micro nutrients; the only bad thing about fruits is most of them are calorie dense, which isn't a problem since you're trying to bulk.

If you're serious about trying to bulk, you'll focus on your diet. If not, then don't worry about it.

I find taking the capsules/pills is much better because it reduces any stomach problems, doesn't make you feel bloated etc.
