That would bring the future into RuneScape and personally, I think it would ruin the effect.

 

Doubt Jagex would ever do that, not to mention Copyright claims they might face. Do you have the exact link to that?

It's just a random guy who posted, nothing official. I just thought it was kind of funny, and something that Jagex would do. If they did though, I guarantee that all of their members would instantly quit if they haven't already from past updates.

It won't happen. The closest thing you'd get to that would be Stellar Dawn, and work on that's been postponed.

That's pretty funny, forgot they're making a transformers MMO.

If they mixed that with RuneScape well.. let's see.. they'd be out of business for starters because no one would play anymore really.. and then they'd probably take it back but no one would come back

 

I hope Jagex would never think of doing something like that. That would be the death of the game right there, and would ruin the whole medieval fantasy/adventure feel.

 

I thought they had cancelled development on that?
