I have sold this user 8 days ago 150M+ in three transactions through Paypal, he went first on all increments. He sent me money, I delivered him the GP every time. I have FULL skype proof which I will upload below, but I do not have proof that it is hes paypal but you can clearly see that the time on skype and paypal is exact the same and also three transactions all the same, so it's him.

I believe that hes PP blocked the money so I told him that on skype he did not reply, I even pmed him on sythe a few days ago and still no reply while he did come online. I want him to call paypal or tell them to release the money or refund me the money so could a mod PM him and give him 24 hours to do that? Instead of banning because there could be a mistake or he is already on it, who knows. Thank you

I believe that he has blocked me on skype and did not reply to my PM while he did read it, I have given him days. And I want a mod to pm him if possibile, thanks!
