I would stop then because its true they can take legal action and they have before(For gold selling/hacking). I've personally never seen it but if its in your RS inbox its legit.

So one of your account got banned? :O

 

Jagex is cracking down. They want more money and not other people buying membership with gold.
They want you to buy membership with MONEY!

 

There may be a few things that led me to think why this has happened.

1) One you were setup by a Jmod/Pmod/Fmod/Maxed nerd who sent your info to jagex and recorded it.
2) Maybe a few upgrades you applied personally got chargedback and it linked to your ip from applying.

All in all my opinion, is this: If you have a different computer and use a new mule with a diff IP you should be fine. Just, dont apply them no more if you keep logging in to 200 diff accounts a month on 1 ip its either something like upgrades or.... Bot farm

 

Refresh your router a few times, it switches the IP. Or use something like Tor which randomly cycles IP addresses from around the world, then they can't track anything. Then use a new account and voila! They won't know anything.

I bet a Jmod will read my post and start swearing at me
