2000 Elo Player Boosting elo/Lessons

Hey everyone i am currently 20xx on NA looking to boost some elo or give out some lessons for pricing and proof of my 2k elo account just add me on skype:vallik36.

 

You are going to need proof of this, and I think this is the wrong section.

 

I would proceed with caution dealing with this guy, his so called "2k" account is only 1525 with a top rating of 2k. He has ranked losses in his match history (More than 3) and no outstanding scores. A 2k player would easily breeze through 1500 elo. When I asked him why his elo was so low, he said it was because it decayed. Yet, his W:L ratio is negative in ranked. He then came up with a different excuse saying his friends logged on it and played on it for 2 months. (Keep in mind his ranked losses were recent April 20th)

Edit: After I deleted him, checked his match history again 0-9 Corki. Do you really think a 2k player will be going 0-9 in 1500 elo? Even if they were trolling, l0l.

He's actually dropped down below 1500 now, losing 3 rankeds in a row.
