1.3 Guarantee for not losing money using my service
The gametime CAN be removed even if you don't make a ticket, but the chance are less than 1%.
If your gametime got removed without you opening a ticket, I will refund you in free gametime.
The amount refunded can be discussed in different situations.

For most cases the compensation will be:
You paid 36€/45$/ for 12 Months gametime and you used 0 months, in Blizzard store 1 Month gametime cost 14.99$/12.99€, which means 45$/36€ equals 3 Month gametime at cost in Blizzard store.
For this loss I will compensate you with 3 Months Gametime.

For every 4 month gametime, you are assured to use at least 1 Month.
If you bought 12 Month gametime, and used 8, 4 were removed, it means you already used 3, therefore 0 months will be refunded.
If you bought 12 Month gametime and used 0, you will be refunded with 3 Months of gametime, Free.[/SIZE]
