What is the best way to get payment with getting scammed?

I've bought things online with a credit card, but never sold anything online and would like to know basically what is the best way to receive payment so as to not get ripped off or charged back. I hear about people getting charged back on all the time with Paypal so I know that is not the route to take.

I'm 21 years old and have a bank account but are bank transfers best? What about Western Union? I don't know anything about it. Can someone charge back and completely rip me off?

How do I prove that I did indeed give them the item they want if it is a virtual good?

The reason I ask is because the only two things I have to sell are high priced runescape items and I would be horrified if i ended up trading them away only to get scammed. Feedback would be greatly appreciated, Thanks.

 

Western Union = Impossible To Chargeback After Money Has Been Picked Up
Bank Transfers = Starting To Get Frauded These Days
Moneybookers = Possible To Get Chargedback but small then paypal
Playerauctions = Best Way To Sell with 0 chance of being chargedback
Cash in the Mail = Impossible To Chargeback
Liberty Reserve = Impossible To Chargeback but not very popular

Except these 2, slightly inaccurate. It's really unlikely to get chargeback with WU. But it is possible. I remember a gold seller (Busta) mentioning it.

With playerauctions it is possible if you don't have proof that you delivered the gold. I remember Viou saying he almost got chargedback, I don't know how it went but he said that it was still possible.

The odds of being chargedbacked on these 2 are next to nothing anyway.

You can't create a dispute on Moneybookers, but you can still chargeback. Chargebacks don't come from the actual website (PayPal/Moneybookers) the credit card/Bank. So if I bought something from you for $10 through Moneybookers, paying with my credit card but I called my bank and said it wasn't me that made the payment, the cash would still be charged back.

 

LR and WU is extremly easy and quick and cannot be frauded
