I don't get how it could get quest cape without salt in the wound sorry, I just don't understand that part.

 

means you need to do salt in the wound before getting cape

 

I meant it can do every quest it hasn't, except for salt in the wound, incase there are any more quests that you would care to benefit from I haven't already done, you will not ruin this account.
