Note, I am not a scammer of any kind nor will I be. How is this fair honestly. Stui should get a temp ban for using his friends of staff to threaten users. and a twc for his mom...

So, what i'm being told is.

I can use other staff members to threaten users when I don't get my way. That staff member will call me an idiot.

So, that I don';t use an omm for any trade of any sort and I will say " My mom won't let me" Because that's obviously the most legit story. "My mom won't let me go first or use an omm" I expect every new scamemr to say that and no one to give a fuck because that's clearly legit.

They stated as to why they didn't issue a TwC.

He seems to be a trusted trader, so wouldn't it be unfair to issue a TWC just for that? His older post that is being mentionned makes this a very plausible scenario. If it were a newcomer, then it'd be a different story.

 

Ultimately, it's Stui's money, and he can do whatever he wants with it in a trade. Sure, he could have tried to explain it a bit better, but he got the message across the the seller. The seller thought Stui was trying to scam, so he got defensive and made the report. I know Stui, and he gets heated pretty quickly, so he tried to frighten the seller a bit with using a mod, but all the mods know that using their power in a biased way equals demotion. Would RsProd ban Brad because of this? Hell no, unless he had probable cause.

As for newcomers using this, it's once again their money, they can do whatever the hell they want with it. If they backed out when an OMM/MM was introduced without telling the MM/OMM what was up, it would be a bit fishy, maybe TwCable, but if he/she told the OMM/MM, it would be acceptable. Bottom line is that as long as you let the other person know your reasoning, it's perfectly fine.
