How do your parents feel about Sythe?

I dont really think they would mind seen as Im 19, I mean all i do here is make free GFX for people so theres nothing wrong with that eh

 

I don't think they ever been on a forum before.

 

My dad knows about it and, although I can't explain why/reveal who he is, but he has an account on here. He isn't currently active though. Pretty sure he approves.

As my parents are currently separated, my mother doesn't know anything about it. And probably never will.

 

I'm nearly 19 and have run a successful graphics business + moderating now. They have not cared and used to urge me to make more money with my graphics before I found my current job

Anyway my dad is quite tech savvy (IT job) and spends lots of time on forums himself, so he gets it.

 

That's good they urged you then isn't it? I mean, some parents hate Sythe for obvious reasons but your parents seem like intelligent people then.

 

They don't know what Sythe is. lol

 

At the end of the day its got nothing to do with them. With a little common sense you will be just fine on this forum.

 

My mum knows about the whole selling of virtual items because when I sold up most of my items on Habbo Hotel but she don't really know about the whole community side of things. She don't ask about it tho, I am 18 to be fair so she respects my privacy and what I do.

 

To be quite honest, my parents don't care hah =p

 

My parents dont really mind it, they'll usually ask where I get money from I explain and they dont fully understand lol

 

LMAO, Asharm, you are exactly like my good friend =P His mother asks him where he gets his money, and he tries to explain, but they don't understand completely. xD

My parents dislike the fact that I spend time on RuneScape related forums or RuneScape in general.

 

My parents didn't know about Sythe when I last replied to this thread, and now they do have some sort of idea that I once (And hope to again) spent a lot of time on a gaming forum. They thought it was weird and didn't understand it, but they didn't seem to have too much of a problem with it. Just were typical parents by telling me to make sure I don't give out my personal info.

What they won't know, won't hurt them.

yeah lol my parents don't give a shit as long as I don't get them in trouble because my sister a few years back got caught pirating and my mom got sued cause the internet was in her name.

 

If I told them, they would probably call this website and ask how in the world they allow this sort of market. Oh well.
