do account ever get unlocked?

My account level 138 max in everything recently got lockeda week ago,idk how..doubt the guy recovred,it has about 1b in it
my question is do accoutn ever get unlocked?im pretty sure i cant unlock it because i only know the login and pw..

Yes, you can get it locked..if your the original owner that is, if not, it will be very hard. Knowing just the username and pass makes it impossible though.

 

Accounts do get unlocked if someone knows the personal details on the account and if they submit a recovery appeal.

 

the guy who gave me the account quits for good,rs really f*cked up his life.
My question is afte like 6 monthes if none touch it the account will still be locked?
Also i cant contact the guy who gave me the account.

 

If you can't contact him, you will never get the account back, especially with just a username and password. It will stay locked forever, no matter how long it's locked, it will remain that way unless you contact the owner. Sorry

 

If no one sends in a recovery appeal for the account, the account will remain locked until someone does and the appeal gets accepted.

I only have the username and the password..I Dont think i can recover it tbh..i left 1b in it -_-

There might have been recoveries and email on it in the past possibly, but your best bet is to send an appeal in with as much information as you have and include information such as your IP you've been using on it for however long you have had the account.

 

You should have sent some buddy. But, it makes it even harder to unlock in this situation. Only way is contact the seller.

I've been in several situations like yourself, if you can't get it unlocked, I can give you some tips (I will not actually do the unlocking but I can help you) Just PM if you want some help.

Also, Don't trust anyone to unlock the account for you, no matter how many vouches. If the appeal is accepted and they enter their own email instead of yours, they can just log in, take your 1b, and leave.

As stated give them your most recent IP that youve been using to play the account along with as much info you know. Or your previous payment methods would work also

 

theadac. the same thing happened to me but my case, i bought an account with a R A R E name on it. I put membership on in and after 4 days I log in to find out that it is locked. I write an email to Jagex, they respond back with their gay auto responses. Two more days past, and when I try logging in the account, the password was changed so it wasnt locked anymore. Moral of the story is: that if you bought it from one off of Sythe, that guy probably recovered it. 99.9% sure this happened to you, as the same happened to me.

 

no he didnt recover it . its been locked 1 week ago,if he actualyl recover it i wil lget the "password is incorrect message" im reading my inbox atm wish me gl guys =P 99% sure the appeal failed anyway

 

My account was got locked, tried appealing 10 different times with no luck. I figured it was gg and didn't try for a month or two, then I send in an appeal again the very first one is accepted.

although very unlkikely becausde i only know user and pass i put alot of random infos in it..
Also does putting random infos help recovring the account?like idk when the accoutn was created if you say a random number is it better than leave it blank?
