Creating A Lot Of Accounts On 1 IP?

So, for a client I need to create 48 accounts, is it dodgy or stupid doing it all on the same IP?

 

I know Jagex don't really care about Multi logging on the same PC, it depends what you intend to do with them, you going to bot or use them for RSGP trades?

 

Well, my client will be starting a bot farm with them.

 

Maybe not the smartest thing to do, since if you get banned for one of them they will will find out that the rest is yours to.

 

I think you should be ok, although I would wait for someone else's opinion before going ahead with anything. Although if one is banned then don't be surprised if you find they've been watching and banning all the other accounts on your IP also. 48 accounts is a bit much to be honest.

 

Thanks. I don't want to buy a VPS just to create the accounts though so do you have any suggestions? When I created my bot farm a while back I did it all on one.

 

A VPS/VPN per month can be reasonably cheap, the only one I know is called Overplay, which has fair prices and decent connection speeds. If you don't want to use one then I suppose you could just wait a bit in between each account creation so Jagex can't see a mass creation from the same IP. You would have much better luck with a VPS/VPN though.

I guess I'll either have to get some friends to help out or just get a VPS/VPN.

 

Or just use HotSpot or something like that, I'm not an expert just thought it might work, only a suggestion though.

 

i made about 20 accounts for my bot farm when rsbuddy was out, and they were all the basiclly the same email account, i found out if i used my phone i could make live.com emails so id pick a email and make it hotmail.com, .ca, etc.

 

I have made over 210 accounts to adv/spam for my dice clan and other dice clans, they get muted all the time and such and jagex does not care at all, I am also a Comp Cape player.

Dice hosts make 100s of imposter accounts, so its nothing out of the ordinary really.

 

don't buy a VPS...What I would do personally in this situation is; google and download "cyberghost VPN" use that to create some, it's free, spyware free and fast. Has a maximum of 10gig traffic per month with no ads. Just requires you to sign up (with a fake email to avoid spam). Also, a very cheap and very good VPN that i personally use is a service called NVPN...best VPN to date I have used, so many features and like no restrictions and it's cheap as chips, cheaper then RS membership infact...http://nvpn.net/

Not smart, if one gets caught then jagex probably has been watching them all and all will get banned.
