    How do you get to sleep?
    Personally I follow some of the tips from Lucidology 101 at http://lucidology.com/

    When I actually focus on them I usually fall asleep pretty good.
    If I do anything else, whether that's watching tv or just laying still, I don't fall asleep for hours.

    And like one of the top posters said, smoking "dank" is a sure fire way to help you sleep.

    Oh, and a small tip:
    Don't know for sure how accurate it is, but apparently watching TV makes it a lot harder to sleep. Something about alpha brain waves and what not.

    How do you get to sleep?
    I go into bed, put lotion on my hands, stroke my chicken, and usually just fall asleep from the relaxation.

    I usually got to sleep by watching an episode of a TV show, if that doesn't do the trick, I pop myself some Melatonin and sleep like a baby :p

    How do you get to sleep?
    Listen to music, mainly metal soothing bands like Killswitch Engage, Times of Grace, Atreyu etc. Best way for me to sleep peacefully.

    Also thinking about the people I love and what makes life living for makes me sleep fast and happily. Such a great feeling.

    OT: I usually think about what's happened on that day. If it takes me even longer to sleep, the past and future. However it usually doesn't take me long to sleep.

    Man, I usually look for stuff on Netflix to watch .
    If not, then I just look for a new app on my iPad to just play on til I fall asleep.

    Just chuck the tv on and watch a couple of shows.. normally does the trick. Unless I'm with my girl, we just cuddle up.
