Make spamming infractions do more.

Feel free to let someone choose whether they should base one's trust on post counts, but it obviously shouldn't.

I tend to look around the market section quite a bit, it's more like "Not going first unless you have 100+ vouches". I rarely see anyone saying they would go first to someone with X post count, that is just silly as well.

It would also kill activity. It would scare a lot of people from posting, whether spam or not.
