Did they log in RSC on the re-opening? If they didn't they cannot go into RSC anymore.

 

That's not true, an account I haven't logged into for years was able to access RSC recently. These accounts should still have rsc access or I'll give a full refund

All of the accounts are cb lvl 3 in rsc, but their levels in rs2 are:

Account #1 = 52
Account #2 = 17
Account #3 = 29
