    im looking for a rsps preferably 317 thats 100% working skills and nothing fancy im wanting to play rs like it was back then just to see how it was with the training and things i want the source so i can spawn certain items and such

    Are you looking for something like the old Project Czar/Project 16? Or the later 317's with Dragon Claws and such other specials? I've got a good Czar-based server source which I can get you (good source for server).
