Ok, So i'm considering buying a partyhat. I've heard that jagex heavily monitors partyhat circulation. My question was If I were to buy one, would I get banned? Or would they know I bought it via RWT?

 

i havent heard of jagex watching phat trades but i doubt you would be banned i mean, the fact of the matter is; is that there is mutiple ways of getting one and saying you were RWT is a bit of a hard thing to prove but who knows its jagex if you get banned they dont even look at ban appeals appearently but if your a member they probably wouldnt think too much of it since its easy to make money with members only things and if they ban you. then they lose profits themselves if your a member.

 

Jagex hasn't been doing nearly as many rollbacks recently from what I've heard.

Also, if it's just a one-time thing, I wouldn't really be worried about it at all if I were you.

 

On jagex's side, multiple trades with of high values to the same account is very likely to be RWT. As pockets have said, 1 time trade is quite safe on your part.

 

One trade should be fine, they more look at GP trades than rares when looking at RTWing.

One trade should be fine. As long as you don't trade with any sellers who are currently being monitered, then you should be fine.

Also, I think Laptop is right about Jagex being more interested in GP trades. They have been looking to break up RWT by targeting the major gold sellers and people who are transferring around very large amounts of gold, so I don't think they are watching party hats as closely as you might think.

 

One trade will be fine, you should fake stake it with the seller to make it look like a legit win.
