What make you think Phsychokinesis isn't real?

Damn, everything on the internet has to be true then! When you provide real scientific evidence from credible sources then you may have an argument, but I doubt you will find any on nonexistent phenomenon.

It provides blood flow, it's just a muscle it doesn't have special powers this isn't some dragonball z shit. The ancient groups you speak of treasured the heart so much because they knew that without it being strong you will fail to have endurance which all older groups treasured power over all things. so if your heart is strong ideally your body is as well.

 

There is no proof of anyone ever being able to do what you claim, you're just under the spell of wishful thinking. If it keeps you sane and happy, practise it. One thing I would like to add though, don't use meditation as a form of unlocking psychokinesis, you are pretty much down grading meditation and its real uses with fantasy. I am not completely bashing your beliefs as it may be possible in the future, through evolution maybe? The truth is, at the moment what you claim isn't possible as far as we know, so unless evidence hits the surface, it's a lost cause.
