Advice On Training

Ok, I need 75 attack and strength on my tank.

What would be the best way for me to do this?

I'm 50 attack and 60 strength at the moment.

 

Rock crabs would be pretty good at training it and soul wars is good xp per hour.

 

Go to Yaks on Neitzinot on like a German world and you'll be fine.

 

Ghouls with Salve amulet for extra xp cause of bonus or other undead

 

Why would you want those stats on your tank?

Only pro would be 75 attack for staff of light.

 

Yaks, Rock Crabs, or Experiments are all great spots if you have no prayer. Yaks probably being the preferable place to train and the best exp p/h.

If you do have 43 prayer though, I would suggest training at the Bandit Camp when your attack & strength reach 75+.

 

Oh, i'm 70 prayer...

 

Bandits or pest controll?

 

do some slayer tasks, pest control, experiments, if you have high slayer kill for loot and exp.

 

Crabs, yaks, experiments, bandits, armored zombies

all just depends on the quests you did. Moss giants are also a good one.

 

Ghouls are not undead. Salve doesn't work on them.

 

Get 60 attack and do monkey madness, then get the your str to 80, then do attack.. train it all at experiments or get some at rock crabs, then experiments then bandits

 

bandits is nice to afk on, gotta love afking <3

 

soul wars until your attack is 60, then borrow or buy some claws and go claw things in that troll minigame for xp is 150k xp/hr if your good.

 

You could get 78 attack for vls or swh. The spec is pretty good for those, but i wouldn't aim for 75.

And for training i would suggest rock crabs/soul wars/pest control/general monsters in stronghold security in barbarian village.
