6 years old account, Perm banned. They won't check appeal.

My account has been banned for 6 years. I saw i was elligible for another appeal so i submitted one.

its been one month and its not been reviewed yet.

what's happening?

 

takes months for it to go through, mines been about 7 months now. good luck lol.

 

ever since the bot nuke the bots at jagex have been overloaded by chinese gold farming bots and players who ran their autoskilling program too long
as a result, legitimate reports have slowed to a crawl.
I recently bought an account and it still has a macroing ban from a year ago and the appeal is listed as pending.

 

I have an account that has had an appeal pending for almost a year :\

 

I submitted an appeal around 2 months ago for an account and I haven't gotten anything.. Even trying to recover old accounts I had (with all the correct info) that I forgot the password to takes weeks to get a response, it feels as if jagex is getting lazy and not caring about people..

 

try emailing them at parents@jagex or something. you'll get a response within 48 hours.

 

Thats wierd, I submitted an appeal for an old account and within 24 hours it was unbanned.

 

I suppose it depend the reason for the ban and appeal, some accounts they can make a decision on the spot. Of course, the other reason could be it 'getting lost' or a common illness called 'laziness'.
