Unfair ban =/

Well..this ban is unfair because i never recovered the account back (means i DID NOT scam him).I provided him with the right recovery details,he did a recovery test himself which was successful (Gohan can confirm it).
He said that he couldnt recover the account back with the details i gave him after the password was changed (idk why).I told him that i can help him recover it back & will refund everything lost on the account.He wanted his cash back..I dont play RS anymore & therefore i dont have any RSGP anymore.
I had 10 legit vouches for RS account selling and this was the ONLY scam report i had against me...if i was really a scammer i would have more of those,wouldnt i?
Anyway id like to sort this out somehow & refund him the account or whatever,because i really dont have RSGP & it wasnt fully my fault..he mightve gotten keylogged etc..
I planned to start a legit business here and now im banned:S
