I'd say kick it up to a 6850; $149 as opposed to $134 for quite a large difference.. You can also grab a gtx 460 for that price.. It's not necessarily as good as the 6850.. They're similar but the 6850 comes out on top. Solid choice on the HD and RAM.. you may not need 16 GB, but it's still a good deal. I'll comment on the rest later.

    Here's the 6850 - http://www.amazon.com/Sapphire-Rade...8?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1333949529&sr=1-8
    Here's the 460 - http://www.amazon.com/EVGA-GeForce-...1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1333949529&sr=1-1

Alright thanks for the help guys.

I'm halfway to the $800, so I might go for everything once I get around $700 and charge the rest to my CC.

For the RAM, you could take full advantage of the motherboard and grab some faster RAM that you can overclock. Your motherboard supports 2200mhz if you learn to overclock it. It can make a pretty nice difference. Shouldn't really cost much more for some 2133mhz sticks and you really don't need over 8GB unless you're going to bot or something. Just a thought.

    Yeah or just buy 1600mhz.
Find me the difference between 1600mhz and 2133mhz, other than .1 fps in games and 100 more points in 3Dmark.
    Latency matters the most.

You should try to match the items on Newegg and buy it through there. Better deals, Tons of free shipping items, and fast-as-hell shipping (I ordered all the parts for my PC Sunday night, and they came via UPS tuesday afternoon, full-tower i7-2600k, 16g ddr3-1600, etc. All with free shipping.) And their return/replace service is excellent.

You can save even more money on newegg if you subscribe to their email thing, My build was $826 with over $90 saved because i searched through the like, 4-5 promo emails they send out per-week and used the discount codes.

For example, an HD6870 is on sale 12% off right now (I highly recommend this card.)

    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102948

    $179-$21.48 = $157 W/ FREE shipping compared to amazon.

Great build, no PSU thought. Can't power it.

Believe me thought, don't rush it and buy cheaper parts just so you can get it all at once, heres another build (From newegg)

$ off in current promo's: $26.60, shipping $9.99, total cost $916.31.. Worth saving up $100? In the long run, YES, lol. Why not add a PSU to above posters and get his? Better graphics card in this one :p.
